Open Question: Game online (FPS) that could connect to Indonesia?

Im from Indonesia (which means my friends were from there) and we wanted to play an online FPS together, i used to play Project Blackout, Counter-Strike Online, Cross Fire and Blackshot here, but it didnt connect to indonesia, i mean indonesia people cant connect and play with singapore one. Because provider is different, IP (?) is different, and i hear indonesia block. Is that right? Oh, im now in singapore, and me and my friends wanted to play together thought were currently not in the same country. And i hear Repulse can, is that true?
