Open Question: From Batam to Singapore custom, NEED HELP !?

Hi, My friend is an Indonesian . He was stopped during Singapore custom for urinal test . After that the Singapore custom officer asked him if he want to enter or not but have to face the consequences if the result came out positive and will send the report back to Indonesia for charges, Instead, if he didn't enter , The custom officer will not pursue this matter, At that time my friend's urine is dirty so he returned . He was informed by the custom officer that he was banned from entering Singapore for 2 years . Is it true ? Can he be able to enter Singapore or apply online to enter Singapore again or any other ways, Please help ! My friend is now alone in Batam and his family has moved to Singapore ..... Read More »
